My technician was Kitty. She was prompt, courteous. I had never had any kind of whitening products on my teeth before. Kitty took the time to explain every procedure to me as it happened. It was a comfortable and quick procedure. Just sit back in the massage chair, listen to my music and time flies. I would recommend Downtown Smiles to everyone.

Kitty was friendly and full of info to share, it made me feel comfortable with the process. I enjoyed the setting and it was comfortable to have the whitening done. I have sensitive gums and had zero issues with the treatment itself - and the results were great! I was happy with how my teeth changed two shades and I will go back once more for the end result I want. They also have a great yearly package deal for I took advantage of. Big smiles!

Excellent value! My dentist wanted 4x as much and warned me that pain was common, but this was just $199 the first time and $99 for follow-up's after I joined the annual Club at my first appointment. I ended up saving hundreds by being a member. Of course it is always a pleasant experience when I go and see Miss Kitty! She takes great care of her clients so they won't be nervous or feel pain. She used to manage a spa so she has a very calming nature. I always leave with a smile when I go to Downtown Smiles! Oh yea... also, a tip to those who haven't tried it yet -- wear an old shirt when you go... you might drool on yourself a little bit! All part of the process.... Kitty is the best! Friendly, professional and provides an excellent teeth whitening experience. Her pricing is far better than most dental offices. I have had several whitening treatments over the last few years and the process lasts for months. I highly recommend Kitty and Downtown Smiles.
